All mail received by Mailing Services is mailed First-Class rate or Priority, depending on weight, unless otherwise stated. You must identify a mailing as Standard Mail if preferring Standard rates (formerly known as Bulk rate). Standard MailStandard mail (formerly known as Bulk mail) is not sealed against Postal Inspection. Standard mailing prepared by your department must consist of at least 200 identical pieces of mail. Mailing pieces must have an account number either posted on the envelope or have a card attached to the mailing with the postage number. Addressing your mailing is very important. The delivery address must be on the line immediately above the city, state, and zip. If the mail piece has a dual address, such as a street address and a PO Box, the piece will be delivered to the address immediately above the city, state, zip line. The USPS mail sorting machines read the address from the bottom up. Mailing pieces must have a mail code either posted on the envelope or have a card attached to the mailing with the postage number. your mail if it is undeliverable as addressed. Depending on the purpose
of your mailing, you may want those pieces forwarded to customers who
have moved, or you may want a corrected address returned to you. Ancillary
service endorsements include four basic phrases that are printed on the
